Standardized Operating Procedures for Purchasers of Real Estate

Pursuant to Real Property Law §442-H

Eclectic Tile, LLC has made these standardized operating procedures available on its publicly available websites and mobile device applications. It is also making these procedures available through its licensees and teams. Eclectic Tile, LLC has a copy of these procedures available to the public upon request at its office.

Please be advised that Eclectic Tile, LLC:

· Does not require the prospective buyer clients to show identification. (Please note, however, that a seller of real estate may require such information.

· Does not require exclusive buyer broker agreements.

· Does not require preapproval of mortgage loans and/or proof of funds.
